My name is John Doyle. My career as an artist started with finger paints and crayons in kindergarten. Now I use paint brushes, so I guess I’ve come a long way. It’s really not complicated: I travel around looking for compelling subject matter, take some photos and create paintings from them. Most often, I paint landscapes and seascapes. I primarily paint with acrylics on canvas, but also work in watercolors and pastels.
